At SyncNetCom, we build mobile applications for
iOS and Android. That means we handle
data—yours, your users', and information about
how apps perform in the real world. This policy
explains what we collect, why we need it, and
what we do with it.
We operate in Thailand and follow local data
protection requirements, including the Personal
Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). But beyond
legal requirements, we believe in being
straightforward about data practices.
Information We Collect
When You Contact Us
If you reach out through our website, email, or
phone, we collect what you share with us. This
usually includes your name, email address, phone
number, company name, and whatever details you
provide about your project.
We also keep records of our
conversations—emails, meeting notes, project
specifications. This helps us remember what you
asked for and what we committed to.
During Project Work
When we're building your app, we collect
technical information needed to do the work
properly. This includes:
- Access credentials for development
environments and testing platforms
- API keys and integration details for
third-party services your app uses
- Design assets, brand guidelines, and content
you provide
- Feedback and revision requests throughout
the development process
- Testing data and analytics from beta
versions
From Our Website
Like most websites, ours collects basic
technical information when you visit. We see
your IP address, browser type, device
information, and which pages you looked at. We
use this to understand how people use our site
and to spot technical problems.
We don't use tracking cookies for advertising.
If we add analytics tools in the future, we'll
update this policy and give you control over
those preferences.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for specific,
practical purposes:
Project
delivery: Building your app requires
us to use the technical details, credentials,
and materials you provide. We can't create
what you need without access to this
information.
- Communicating with you about project status,
questions, and deliverables
- Managing contracts, invoices, and payment
processing
- Providing technical support and maintenance
after launch
- Improving our development processes based on
what works and what doesn't
- Meeting legal obligations like tax reporting
and business record keeping
We don't sell your information to anyone. We're
not in the data business—we're in the app
development business.
How We Share Information
Most of the time, your information stays with
our team. But there are situations where we need
to share it:
Service Providers
We work with other companies that help us run
our business. Cloud hosting providers store our
files. Email services handle our correspondence.
Payment processors manage transactions. These
providers get access to information only when
necessary to do their specific job.
Third-Party Integrations
If your app integrates with external
services—payment gateways, mapping APIs, social
media platforms—we'll need to share relevant
data with those services during development and
testing. You control which integrations go into
your app.
Legal Requirements
If Thai authorities require us to disclose
information through proper legal channels, we'll
comply. We'd also share information if necessary
to protect our legal rights or prevent harm to
people or property.
Business Transfers
If SyncNetCom is acquired or merged with another
company, your information would transfer to the
new owner. We'd notify you if this happens and
explain any changes to how your data is handled.
Data Storage and Security
We store data on secure cloud servers with
encryption both during transfer and at rest.
Access to client information is limited to team
members who need it for their work. We use
strong passwords, two-factor authentication, and
regular security updates.
That said, no system is perfectly secure. We
take reasonable precautions, but we can't
guarantee absolute security. If we discover a
data breach that affects your information, we'll
notify you promptly and explain what happened.
Project files and communications are
typically retained for the duration of our
working relationship plus three years. This
gives us reference material if you return for
updates or new projects.
Financial records follow Thai business
requirements—we keep these for seven years as
required by law. After retention periods end, we
securely delete information unless you've asked
us to keep it longer for ongoing work.
Your Rights Over Your Data
Under Thai data protection law, you have
specific rights about your personal information.
Here's what you can do and how to do it:
Access Your Information
You can request a copy of what personal
information we hold about you. We'll
provide this within 30 days of your
request.
Correct Inaccurate Data
If information we have about you is wrong
or outdated, let us know and we'll update
it.
Request Deletion
You can ask us to delete your personal
information. We'll do this unless we need
to keep it for legal reasons or to
complete contracted work.
Object to Processing
You can object to how we use your
information if you have valid grounds
related to your particular situation.
Data Portability
You can request your data in a commonly
used format to transfer it to another
service provider.
Withdraw Consent
If we're processing your data based on
consent, you can withdraw that consent at
any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at
help@syncnetcom.com.
We'll respond within 30 days. If we can't
fulfill your request, we'll explain why.
Data Transfers
Our primary operations are in Thailand, but we
use cloud services that may store data on
servers in other countries. Some of our
development tools and platforms are provided by
companies based in the United States, European
Union, and Singapore.
When data moves across borders, we make sure
it's protected according to Thai standards. We
work with service providers who have proper data
protection measures in place and who commit to
handling data according to recognized
international standards.
Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for businesses, not
children. We don't knowingly collect information
from anyone under 18 years old. If you're a
parent who discovers that your child has
provided us with personal information, contact
us and we'll delete it.
If we're developing an app for you that's
intended for children, we'll discuss specific
privacy requirements for that app separately.
Those requirements depend on the app's features
and target age group.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when our practices change
or when laws require it. When we make
significant changes, we'll notify active clients
by email and update the "Last Updated" date at
the top of this page.
For minor updates—like clarifying existing
practices or fixing errors—we'll just update the
page. We recommend checking back periodically if
you're curious about our current practices.
